Now in its 6th year, the Stars of Texas Music Festival is where horsepower meets honky-tonk. Set inside the iconic Texas Motorplex, it’s three days of country music, live racing, bull riding, BBQ, and lanterns under the stars. It’s a full-throttle Texas experience—and the heart of the Stampede of Speed.

Stars of Texas: HORSEPOWER HAPPY HOUR
The 6th annual Stars of Texas kicks off with Aaron Watson headlining, Jason Boland & The Stragglers and Wynn Williams warming up the stage, and food and drink specials running all night. Exhibition passes and match races on the track. Texas country in your ears. Exactly the way opening night should feel.

Stars of Texas: Saturday Under the Stars
The biggest night of the weekend. Brad Paisley headlines, with Avery Anna, Drew Baldridge, and the Kruse Brothers rounding out the lineup. Bull riding, BBQ, and racing all day. Then as the night winds down, thousands of lanterns rise into the Texas sky — the kind of finish people are still talking about on Monday.

Close out Stars of Texas with Travis Tritt — outlaw country, full volume, no apologies. Plus The Frontmen, Rick Trevino, and Ray Wylie Hubbard, one more round of bull riding, BBQ, and match races, then lanterns light up the night one last time. Hard finale to top.
