Now in its 5th year, the Stars of Texas Music Festival is where horsepower meets honky-tonk. Set inside the iconic Texas Motorplex, it’s three days of country music, live racing, bull riding, BBQ, and lanterns under the stars. It’s a full-throttle Texas experience—and the heart of the Stampede of Speed.

Drink Specials, Racing, & Live Music
Enjoy food & drink specials all night long while Pat Green, William Clark Green, and Colby Lee Swift take the stage. Plus: jet cars and match races to fire up opening night.
Saturday, October 4th
STARS OF TEXAS: Saturday Under the Stars
Racing, Bull Riding, BBQ, Live Music, & Lanterns
Chris Young, Ashley McBryde, Ned LeDoux, and Coffey Anderson bring the music, while bull riding, BBQ, and racing bring the grit. As the night winds down, thousands of lanterns rise into the Texas sky.

STARS OF TEXAS: Sunday Spectacular
Racing, Bull Riding, BBQ, Live Music, & Lanterns
Clint Black, Mark Chesnutt, Mark Wills, and Gary P. Nunn. Add in bull riding, BBQ, and match races for one more dose of adrenaline. Then gather as lanterns light up the night sky—an unforgettable finale under the stars.
